BOXING
For a change of pace try our boxing program!  It has been a resounding success!
Sifu Karl Adhihetty has drawn upon his Boxing experience to create a class style workout that will get you in shape quick!

Boxing is a great physical activity and the training is an excellent form of exercise. Our Boxing program has proved to be a nice change of pace from the workouts that we usually do at Iron Dragon. 
If you have a leg injury that prevents you from kicking or are not yet comfortable with all the kicking techniques of Kung Fu, then this class may be a fun addition to your exercise regimen! 
 
The class will focuses entirely on Boxing training, techniques and strategy. All participants require 16 oz gloves, a mouthpiece, handwraps and a high quality skipping rope. Please have your hands wrapped and ready to go before we commence class. The class is paced with the use of a boxing interval timer which allocates 3 minutes to a “work” period and 30 seconds to a “rest “ period. The class is comprised of 3 minute intervals of intense exercise and boxing followed by 30 second intervals of rest for the duration of the 1 hour class!
